What This Is
Most autism evaluations take months. Intake drags. Scheduling is opaque. The report arrives when it arrives. We built North Evaluations for people who cannot afford to wait — who want a real clinical evaluation, delivered with the care and precision the question deserves, without the administrative drift.
What’s Included
Your inquiry reaches a human being within the hour — not a triage queue, not a waitlist, not an automated reply. Intake begins the same day.
Your clinician is booked for you, not around you. Direct scheduling, flexible hours, and a private video room held for your evaluation.
The evaluation doesn't end at diagnosis. We walk you through findings, answer questions in plain language, and translate the report into next steps you can actually use.
When accommodations, benefits applications, or treatment referrals call for documentation or a clinician's voice, we stay involved — not as customer service, as your clinical advocate.
From the moment you reach out, the full evaluation — including the written clinical report — is delivered within seven days.
Your Week
Day 1
Your call is confirmed within the hour. We gather context, confirm fit, and hold time on your psychologist's calendar the same day.
Days 2–3
Background, developmental history, and standardized measures completed at your own pace — from home, on your schedule.
Days 4–5
A direct conversation with your licensed psychologist. Unhurried. Thorough. Calibrated to how you actually show up.
Day 6
Your psychologist drafts the clinical report and reviews it with our clinical director. Findings, reasoning, and recommendations — nothing delegated to template.
Day 7
Your written report is delivered alongside a live consultation to walk through findings, answer questions, and plan the path forward.
A Note From Our Clinical Director
Waiting for an evaluation is its own kind of cost. People put careers on hold. Parents defer school decisions. A question that deserves a careful answer gets postponed by a calendar that has no room for it.
Priority doesn’t mean expedited. It means the rigor is held steady while the friction is removed — a fully standardized evaluation, read by a psychologist who has the time and room to think about your case specifically, delivered when you need it.
If that’s the kind of evaluation you’re looking for, we would be glad to provide it.
