In one week. Intake begins within one hour of your booking, the live evaluation is scheduled inside the same week, and the final DSM-5 diagnostic report is delivered within seven days of first contact.
$1,950, all-inclusive. One fee covers the comprehensive clinical evaluation by a licensed psychologist, the DSM-5 diagnostic report with clinical reasoning, a consultation to review findings and recommendations, post-evaluation advocacy and documentation support, and a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
The evaluation is private-pay, and the fee is HSA / FSA eligible. A superbill is provided for out-of-network reimbursement at your discretion.
North Evaluations serves clients in 43 U.S. states and the District of Columbia through PSYPACT interstate telepsychology and direct state licensure — every state except Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and New York. Your state of residence is confirmed at booking.
A licensed clinical psychologist — PhD or PsyD — from a network directed by Dr. Jaye Turrietta, PsyD, BCBA-D, our Clinical Director. Evaluations use standardized instruments such as the ADOS-2 Module 4, MIGDAS-2, and Vineland-3, and every report is reviewed against the same clinical standard.
If a guaranteed one-week turnaround is more than you need, our standard-tier sister practice, NeuroClarity, offers a comprehensive autism, ADHD, and anxiety evaluation in a single workflow — for children and adults, conducted by licensed doctoral psychologists via telehealth in 43 states, self-paced, with most people finishing in two to four weeks — for a $690 flat fee with the full report included.
