Terms of Service

North Evaluations is a brand operated by Time To Evaluate, LLC offering a priority-tier evaluation service with a guaranteed one-week turnaround, in contrast to the standard two-week-plus timeline of Time To Evaluate’s general practice.

All clinical services provided through North Evaluations are delivered by the same licensed doctoral psychologists who conduct evaluations for Time To Evaluate. Clinical decision-making, diagnostic impressions, and report authorship remain under the direct responsibility of our licensed clinicians.

Administrative support, scheduling, and technology infrastructure are provided by Agentic Studios Inc. Administrative staff do not make clinical decisions or provide clinical advice.

Our one-week turnaround commitment is contingent on your full and prompt participation in the evaluation process. All intake activities — including background forms, clinical history, records you provide, and any assigned standardized measures — must be completed no later than one (1) day prior to your scheduled live session in order for us to honor the one-week delivery window.

You may reschedule any session free of charge at any time, subject to our general Cancellation Policy (see §06). Rescheduling may extend the total time to complete your evaluation beyond one week; in that case, the one-week delivery window no longer applies, and the evaluation will be completed as promptly as the new schedule allows.

If delays in intake or rescheduling are initiated by us, the original turnaround commitment continues to apply, and we will communicate any revised timeline to you directly.

Our priority evaluation process typically includes a comprehensive clinical interview, review of records you provide, standardized measures selected by your clinician (which may include the ADOS-2, MIGDAS-2, RAADS-R, ASRS, or Vineland-3, among others), and a structured live session conducted via secure telehealth.

Our process may utilize AI-assisted tools to support scoring accuracy, transcription, and report drafting efficiency. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and validated by a licensed clinician before being included in any diagnostic report or impression.

Payment is for the professional time and expertise involved in conducting a thorough evaluation, not for a specific diagnosis or outcome. A diagnostic evaluation may or may not result in an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.

Our clinicians are committed to providing an honest, thorough, and evidence-based assessment regardless of the outcome. The evaluation report will reflect the clinician's professional judgment based on the information available.

The priority evaluation fee is $3,000, all-inclusive. Payment is collected at the time of booking and is a condition of the one-week service commitment.

If you need to cancel before your evaluation is complete, refunds are calculated as the fee paid less any costs we have incurred at the time of cancellation — including, but not limited to, scheduled clinician time, third-party processing fees, and any work product already delivered.

North Evaluations is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We accept HSA and FSA payments.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling of any scheduled session (including intake, live evaluation, or results consultation). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $200 late-cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies arise and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Evaluations are conducted via secure telehealth platforms. By participating in a telehealth session, you consent to the use of video and audio technology for clinical purposes. You must have access to a device with a working webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection.

You are expected to participate from a private environment where the conversation cannot be overheard. Recording of telehealth sessions by any party is prohibited without the prior written consent of all participants.

Our licensed clinical psychologists provide interstate telepsychology services under PSYPACT where available. Availability is limited to participating jurisdictions and is subject to state law. If the client is not physically located in a jurisdiction where our clinician is authorized to practice at the time of service, we cannot deliver the evaluation and will refund the fee less any non-refundable processing costs.

All clinical information is maintained in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your records and personal health information are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your written authorization except as required by law.

Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, and valid court orders or legal mandates requiring disclosure.

Time To Evaluate, LLC (operating as North Evaluations) and its affiliated clinicians provide services on an as-is basis and make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services at issue.

In no event shall Time To Evaluate, LLC, Agentic Studios Inc, or any affiliated clinician be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on evaluation results.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Mexico.
